Shipping and Ordering Information

 

1. Do you take international orders? What countries do you ship to?

At present we ship within the United States, Singapore and India. If you need delivery in Singapore or India please visit www.codedeco.com.sg

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via all credit cards and Paypal. 

3. Is ordering through Paypal possible?

Yes.

4. How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

All orders are processed within three working days and are subject to stock availability. You will receive an email confirming order acceptance as well as a shipping confirmation when your parcel is couriered.

5. How do you send the products?

We use UPS as our courier service. Should you not receive your parcel within a week       after despatch please get in touch at hello@codedecoperfume.com. and we will               arrange for a redelivery. 

6. What is your returns policy?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns. However, if goods arrive in damaged condition please notify us within 48 hours at hello@codedecoperfume.com. The damaged goods will be collected by our courier company and we will issue a replacement. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy for more information.
